The Couvaloup brewery produces high quality craft beers in Apples, just above Morges.
The Brasserie de Couvaloup Sàrl, located in Apples in the Hauts de Morges, was founded in 2015 and taken over in 2020 by a new brewer. The brewery has always been committed to producing quality craft beer. While maintaining a production of so-called "classic style" beers, the brewery is continuously renewing itself with the production of specialty beers such as IPAs as well as beers of various colours. In addition, they produce ephemeral beers such as Botanica, a pale ale flavored with jasmine flowers. The "Ephemera" punctuate the different seasons of the year.
All these beers are created and brewed with a concern for quality using water from the springs of the village of Apples and ingredients selected with care and without compromise. 400 m2 of solar panels on the roof of the brewery provide the energy necessary for sustainable production.
In March 2022, the Couvaloup Brewery won the gold medal at the international competition in Lyon for its white beer Nanuq.
