The La Côte region benefits from a rich terroir, combined with an authentic know-how that artisans enjoy sharing with visitors.
You have the possibility to visit "La Ferme aux Saveurs d'autrefois", providing activities such as the discovery of farm animals or spend a night sleeping in the straw.
You can also discover the Moulin-huilerie in Sévery, built in the 13th century, which is the last traditional oil-mill, still in activity in Switzerland.
The Fromagerie Gourmande in Montricher is also a very particular place to discover. And in the pastures of the natural Parc Jura Vaudois you can learn about the traditional cheese-making activity.
