Cave du Chaffard in Aubonne and Domane des Remans in Lavigny are both part of the Rossier family estate. Sandrine, Joëlle and Gilles vinify lovely specialties, single grape varieties and delicacies based on their wines. Any kind of event can be organised thanks to complete infrastructure.
The Rossier family is dynamic and innovative. Their cooperation with local producers enables them to make delicious specialties based on their wines. Chasselas-based chocolate, flûtes made with Gamay and terrines with Pinot Noir can be enjoyed at the cellar, especially during personalised tasting sessions. At the Cave du Chaffard in Aubonne, a reception room offers a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 20 participants for private or business events, including a visit to the cellar.
The family’s wines served at these tasting sessions convince all wine lovers. The wine estate produces two assemblages, one white, one red, the composition of which may vary depending on the vintners’ decisions. Single-grape-variety wines, one of the family’s passions, are well represented, above all Chasselas “Grand Cru”. Pinot Gris and the less well known Charmont delight the palates of the participants of these delicious tasting sessions.
