La Maison d’Igor offers comforting cuisine, highlighting fresh and seasonal products from local producers. The terrace overlooking the large garden adds exceptional charm to the place.
In an exceptional setting in a garden of more than 4,000 square metres, La Maison d’Igor's restaurant combines the site’s yesteryear charm with modern culinary delights.
Authentic Italian cuisine is the specialty of this welcoming restaurant. It focuses on home-made specialties that are based on fresh and seasonal products and selected from regional suppliers: carpaccio made with fera fish from Lake Geneva, with pink pepper grains and lemon juice, rib steak from the Nardi butchers grilled with garden herbs, a selection of cheeses from the Dufaux dairy or the tiramisù.
The building, where Igor Stravinsky lived from 1915 to 1917, has retained its 19th century look complete with period woodwork, sculptures, stuccoes, a fireplace and a fountain.
Transformed into a hotel with 8 rooms in 2012, La Maison d’Igor has been fully adapted to the requirements of today’s clientele.
