ANN TELNAES & LIZA DONNELLY
At a time when inequalities, restrictions and masculinism are taking hold in the land of progressivism and freedom of expression, La Maison du Dessin de Presse is honored to invite Liza Donnelly and Ann Telnaes, American cartoonists whose stylistic and perceptive talent has always highlighted the country's social shortcomings and defended the status of women.
The Maison du Dessin de Presse will feature around 100 of their drawings, divided into themes, to chronicle the United States in recent years and reflect its inequalities, particularly towards women, children and migrants, all under the gaze of the Statue of Liberty, symbol if there ever was one of a country losing its values.
