The Jobin family domaine borders the village of Echichens. The domaine proposes apple-based produce, such as apple juice, cider, apple-cider vinegar, plus rapeseed oil and eau-de-vie.
The domaine has an agricultural area of 100 acres and is divided into orchards, wheat fields and sugar beet. In spring the fruit trees blossom to the delight of passers-by. These trees play an essential ecological role: Many bird species including those in danger of extinction, find a vital place for nesting.
