The estate of the Rossier family stretches from Lavigny to Féchy, in the Vaudois wine-producing area of La Côte AOC. They give preference to single grape varieties and produce lovely specialties and delicacies associated with their wines. A full infrastructure is able to host various types of events.
The dynamic Rossier family always has some ideas up its sleeve. It works together with several regional artisans to create delicious specialties based on their wines, such as Chasselas-based chocolate, flûtes made with Gamay and terrines with Pinot Noir. These specialties can be tasted in the wine cellar, for example during an event organized on request. A reception room offers 56 seats, complete with a fully appointed kitchen. It is ideal for many types of company outings and team building activities, with a visit of the estate and various recreational activities.
All these events have one thing in common: the estate’s wine delight all palates, even the most discerning ones. Cultivating mostly “vintage” Chasselas, the estate also offers Pinot Gris or a lesser known grape variety called “Charmont”. In addition, there are two assemblages, one white, one red, that the vintners like to produce differently each year depending on their mood. Have a good wine tasting!
