Les Barock'euses - Festival International Classique et Lyrique de Morges et Région - Edition 2025
This major springtime cultural event, which has become a must-see destination for art lovers, returns this year with four exceptional evenings at emblematic venues in the region.
You'll be treated to renowned artists such as pianist Kamil Osmanov, soprano Maja Fluri, and the Léman Virtuosi ensemble, featuring violinist Anna Orlik and cellist Constantin Macherel.
On the program:
Piano recital and opera evening at the CUBEin Morges- Theater at the Auberge de Féchy- Baroque concert at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc au Lac.
Pre-show dinners will be offered each evening at partner venues: Hôtel Petit-Manoir, Hôtel Mont-Blanc au Lac, and Auberge de Féchy for the theater evening.
New talents:
This year, the Festival is delighted to welcome promising new talents such as tenor Davide Piaggio, soprano Sarah Pagin and pianist Aimo Pagin, who will perform at Opera Night.
In addition, Laurence Le Dantec's troupe, with Djamel Saïbi, will make you laugh at the Auberge de Féchy in a vaudeville by Georges Feydeau, directed by Emma Dubois.
Festival artists and the Fête de la Tulipe 2025
In parallel, the famous Fête de la Tulipe, whose theme this year is “water”, will welcome international visual artist Christy Lee Rogers, known for her groundbreaking underwater photography exploring movement, color and light.
Her visual installations will be presented in the Independence Gardens.
Finally, on May 1 and 2, the Kiosque à musique will be the venue for late-morning musical performances by Lucerne singer Rachel Baer.
